All items will sell "AS IS WHERE IS" with no warranty. The auctioneer assumes no liability for any guarantee made by the seller.
* The auctioneer is not liable for any injury, damage or loss incurred in conjunction with the sale.
* There will be a 4% Buyer's Premium and a 4% discount for cash payments.
* All accounts will be settled at the conclusion of the auction and prior to removal from the premises. Items shall be removed from the property within 7 days of the sale date unless prior arrangements have been made. There will be a $10/day storage fee on all items left over 7 days.
* All checks should be made payable to: DJS Auctions, LLC
* We accept Cash, Credit Cards and Checks.
* There will be a $50 NSF charge on all returned checks. The fee will also apply to declined credit card payments if no other payment method is presented.
* If a dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer will decide the dispute or resell the item.
* Announcements made the day of the sale take precedence over previously written material.
