If your winning bid is $100.00, at check-out you will be charged $115.00. Payment can be made with a credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover) Invoices over $3,000 will be required to pay via wire transfer. A $25.00 fee will be assessed for any declined payment. By agreeing to our terms. You are allowing us to charge your credit card following the auction.     This online bidding system is set to start closing at 7:00 P.M. 15 lots every 5 minutes with a 5-minute extension.     All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied.     Keep in mind that these items are used and may have scratches, dents, dings, holes, funky odors, etc.     Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. Any mention of an item’s condition is not an official grading of the item’s condition. Although not all auctions have previews. Please bid accordingly.          Pickup:     All items must be removed during the schedule pickup time(s).     Any items not removed during the pickup times will become the property of Kaufman Realty & Auctions of WV & will be handled at our discretion (unless other arrangements have been made). Kaufman Realty & Auctions of WV reserves the right to ban or do business with anyone they feel unqualified.           Please bring plenty of help and the proper equipment needed to remove your items. Auction staff are not available to assist with loading. Shipping available at the buyer’s expense.
If you are interested in shipping your items, here are the steps:

1. After invoices are sent out the morning after the auction closes, you’ll receive an email to either reserve your pickup time OR to have your items shipped.
2. Once you’ve successfully selected shipping, you’ll receive an email confirmation from Shipping Saint.
3. After the auction’s pickup day, your items will be packaged up. You’ll receive an email with an invoice of your shipping charges. You’ll provide payment directly to Shipping Saint.
4. Following payment of your shipping invoice, we will create the label and schedule your items to be picked up by the carrier.
5. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number when the label is printed.
