This first auction will feature 1000+ Lots with 30+ Complete classrooms, a full line of lawn and snow removal equipment, cafeteria items, playground and sports equipment, drinking fountains, walk-in coolers, shop equipment and basically anything you can think of that would be in a school. Catalog is still being created for the first and second auction.

All items are being SOLD in as-is where is condition at online Auction with no warranties of any type being offered by the School district or the Auctioneers. Bidder assumes all responsibility for the removal of any item purchased.
The New Bremen School Board and Auctioneers are not responsible for accidents or theft before, during or after the auction. You agree you are entering the property at your own risk. Additionally bidders agree to all removal terms stated below.
A 16% buyers premium shall be charged. This premium will be automatically added to your highest bid to determine final invoice price. Example: Your high bid is $ 100.00 your invoice will be $ 116.00
Payment: Your credit card on file will be charged at the conclusion of the auction unless prior arrangements are made with auctioneers.
Removal dates and times: Friday June 19th. 9-5:00 P.M. and Saturday June 20th. 9-5:00. (DOORS WILL CLOSE AT 5:00) Any items remaining shall be forfeited unless other arrangements have been made
NO items or lots shall be removed with out a paid receipt. Removal of all items shall be the responsibility of the buyer. Some items may require tools, ladders and extra labor to be removed. Be prepared before bidding. When items are permanently mounted the removal point of any plumbing or electrical connection shall be the first joint, union, valve or disconnect.

Auctioneer is released for any claims to actual damage to the property sold and/or consequential damages that may result from the sale of defective property.

Customers who do not wish to be notified should contact the office of the Auctioneer and request removal from the email mailing list. Bidder is responsible for security of his/her bidding number/user name and password, and any and all bids placed under the assigned number/ID. Auctioneer should be notified immediately if Bidder believes number and/or password have been compromised. Auctioneer reserves the right to terminate registration, deny any person for any reason permission or access to bid, to reject any and all bids, and to suspend or ban Bidder from bidding, at Auctioneers sole discretion. A buyers premium, an advertised percentage of the high bid or flat fee added to the high bid will be added to the high bid and become part of the purchase amount at settlement. PAYMENT TERMS: Sales tax, when applicable, will be charged on both the purchase price and buyers premium. Taxes, fees, shipping, handling, insurance, storage and security charges are Buyers expenses, and will be calculated and rendered due at the sale of the property. Payment must be made in full by the Buyer, immediately upon the completion of the auction by VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Cash, Wire Transfer, Certified Check, Cashiers Check, or Personal/Company Check with Irrevocable Bank Letter of Guarantee. Upon making payment for property, no stop payment of funds will be honored, Any stop payment order of a check, or giving a check which is returned marked insufficient funds, shall be deemed by the parties to be a prima facie evidence of fraud existing at the time the transaction was consummated and shall be construed by the parties as intent to defraud. If you are from another country other than the US, you must pay in US funds.
REMOVAL OF PROPERTY / SHIPPING TERMS: Buyer assumes full responsibility of property at time of purchase, and all risk of loss and damage to property. Property will not be removed from sale premises until payment in full has been received. Any and all methods of lifting, towing, and/or hauling are the Buyers responsibility. Packing and shipping costs are the responsibility of Buyer and shall be conducted by a third party of choice. The final day of removal will be posted with property information. Any and all property not removed by Buyer by the final day of removal will revert back to the Auctioneer/ Seller, and may be resold at auction or disposed of in any other manner that seems to be suitable.
CHOICE OF LAW: The law of the State of Ohio governs this agreement any dispute arising from the terms of this auction shall be brought in a court of Shelby County Ohio.<br>
