The following fees WILL be charged when necessary:
*The purchaser will be charged a $25.00 non-removal fee for any lot or partial lot left behind, as well as all disposal costs.
*The buyer will be charged $25.00 per lot for items we have to help remove due to the buyer's lack of preparedness.
*The buyer will be charged $50/hour if you require our staff to stay past the designated ending time.
*Repeated tardiness and or failure to remove items will result in revocation of bidding privileges on ALL of our bidding platforms.
•Payment:
Invoices under $1,500.00 will be charged to the credit card on file.
Invoices exceeding $1,500.00, as well as transactions involving titled vehicles, coins, currency, and bullion, will require payment by cash, certified funds, or wire transfer. Personal checks are accepted if known to the auction company.
An invoice will be sent to your registered e-mail address within 24 hours following the conclusion of the auction. If you do not receive an invoice, please check the dashboard under "PROFILE"-"INVOICES"
You MUST present a paid invoice before you can remove your items.
You, as the buyer, are responsible for keeping your credit card on file and up to date.
*BUYERS PREMIUM: A buyer's premium of 15% will be charged on each purchase unless otherwise stated. A buyer's premium, an advertised percentage of the high bid or flat fee added to the high bid, will be added to the high bid and become part of the purchase amount at settlement. Buyer agrees to these provisions and will pay the applicable buyers premium.
*Shipping is available for small items. We will work with your carrier for large items, motorcycles, bicycles etc.
PACKING and SHIPPING: We handle the shipping of most small or medium sized items in-house. All shipments require insurance. We do not ship items without insurance coverage for the final invoiced sales price of the item(s) including Buyer's Premium. We do not accept 3rd party shipping labels. Vondenhuevel Auctioneers charges $45/hour for packing labor, the cost of shipping supplies (new boxes, bubble wrap, paper, and packing peanuts), and the retail cost of shipping. We are unable to provide shipping estimates. Once we pack items for shipment, the items will not be released until payment is made in full for all packing and shipping charges and fees. This is required by our insurance provider. We do not provide refunds to buyers due to the cost of shipping being too high. There will be a $ 5.00 per lot handling fee if items need to be moved back to our facility from an onsite location.

"STAGGERED ENDING" Lots will begin closing at the designated time at a rate of 10 lots every 3 minutes. Please watch the countdown timer on each lot.
“A MAX BID” may be placed on any item and the computer will bid on your behalf, thus eliminating the need to “babysit” your bids. This option is highly recommended so you do not miss out on the item you are bidding on for any reason.
“THE SOFT CLOSE” feature which means any bid received in the final minutes of the auction will auto extend bidding on that particular item or lot by 5 minutes thus allowing a backup bidder the opportunity to raise their bid. In the event you do not use the MAX BID feature and you are out bid you will be notified via e-mail or text that you have been outbid and will have the opportunity to raise your bid.
